Restrictive Covenants
There are two types of non solicitation clauses:-
- You may be barred from soliciting clients, or indeed potential clients, from your ex-employer.
- You may also find you are barred from poaching former colleagues after you leave.
Non solicitation clauses can apply to customers or clients that came with you in the first place.
